saint M800 hub bearings renewal

does anyone know of any diagrams or instructions on replacing/serviving hub bearings front and rear for saint M800 hubs? Mine could do with a good service but not having done one of these before would like to have an insight before doing it.

also, any ideas which bearings i would need to get if i had to replace them? can you put sealed bearings in?

cone and cup bearings.

undo and remove cones.

exploded views can be downloaded from Shimanos tech pages.

they even list the bearing sizes.
