Creaking noise from new Allez Elite

I have purchased a new Allez Elite and there is a creaking / straining whenever pressure is placed on the left pedal, I returned it to LBS and they seemed to sort it, however it has started again.
Any ideas welcome.

    Take it back to LBS, if it was cured and now it isn`t then something is working loose, probably the crank arm on the bottom bracket spindle. Once the crank arms get a bit worn on the spline / square / whatever type it is, they don`t get any better, just a lot worse a lot quicker, needing a new crank arm :(
