Swapping to MTB from Road

Hey all
As much as I love road cycling I want to try MTB for a year so I am reluctantly looking to swap/sell my Specialized Secteur with upgraded bits (Brakes, Saddle, pedals) for a hard tail of roughly the same value.
So if anyone knows of a MTB-er in the Newcastle and surrounding area who is looking to swap to road and may be interested, drop me a PM and I'll sort pics out, etc and take it from there.
