Sora 9 speed triple to 105 10 speed triple

Thinking of upgrading my STI levers to 105 from Sora, but can't find any 9 speed 105 levers, so what are the other things I'll need to change.
I'm thinking its just the levers, 10 speed cassette and a 10 speed chain. Will the existing chainset be ok going from 9 to 10 speed?

You will need to change the following:
Levers, cassette, rear mech, chain, chainrings.
Not sure about your chainset, the teeth maybe too wide to fit the narrower 10 speed chain, especially if it is worn. (The teeth tend to develop little ridges as they wear which match the width of the chain). New chainrings should sort this out though.
If it is just an issue with your shifters, why not upgrade to 9 speed Ultegra shifters, it might be cheaper.

Could well be the better option. Got a damaged Sora lever after a crash a few weeks ago, so it is only for the lever change really.Ribble New Sportive

You will only need levers, chain and cassette. I have upgraded my 8 speed sora to 10 speed by doing the same and had no issues. The chain rings are no thinner for a 10 speed, but they do have a slightly deeper ramp on the back to make shifting up and down easier, but like I said I've had no issues using the original 8 speed triple with 10 speed chain.Dolan Preffisio
