Window shopping presently with a view to purchase soon so am trying to get an idea on pricing;
I am looking to buy drivetrain components only; crankset, bb, front/rear mech, cassette and nothing more.
Websites seem to do deal on complete groupsets, and groupsets with wheels - but I just want a drivetrain!
Anywhere doing anything like this?

+1 for Merlin.
I bought a full SLX groupset from them last year. I can't remember how much exactly it cost, but it was cheaper than anyone else, including some second hand stuff on eBay.
The only grumble was that the two mechs were grey market so didn't come with fitting instructions, but Shimano and Park Tools have great tech docs pages.0 -
Cheers guys; I had a browse on merlin earlier, but i couldn't find options for only drivetrain stuff, it seemed to be whole groupset with options on rotors and stuff which I don't need? Or am I being blind again!0
