wheel removal please help!

Hi all, i very new to all this, i have just bought a second hand mountain bike, with full suspension, Saracen zoom 1000, problem is i have never come across this on any bike i have had before, the front wheel seems to be attached to the forks with a clamp underneath with 2 bolts each side, has anyone any idea so take it off so i can put new tyres on. i have undone them and the axle justs moves back and forth about 5 mm.

yeah pal, will try with the pic, not good with comp niether lol

i would guess loosen the two bolts and the axle may slide out like a maxle and just pull the wheel. Its a vague guess so i could be wrong

post pictures before you do anything or take it to a bike shop to show you how.

Sounds like a zoom gordo to me... They're inverted so bolt on. Youll need to undo the retaining bolts (that cause the axle to be held in place, and then unscrew the axle.
