yes. as long as they have the brake posts present.

the brake posts are the bits on the fork that the brakes attach to?

Yes. SHould be near the fork brace for rim brakes.
But check the brakes aren't for FIRM tech.

i have no idea what that means!
having a look on the magura forum...
after reading some reviews, the rst omega fork isn't positive, might have a look at the suntour xcr lo
