out doing a run today and when tackling a slightly steep but short climb this happened



can i claim this from hope cos dam it shouldnt do that should it???

contact the shop they will sort it out.

seems that it was not just a poor batch.

I've heard about that happening a few times, luckily hope have pretty top notch customer service and will honour the warranty.

May be easier/quicker to contact Hope directly... their returns/replacement is supposed to be great, especially for this issue.

IIRC, people have just sent the whole wheel to Hope and they have replaced the hub with a new one and build back up the wheel.

i have emailed hope,

will see what they come back with

ive stripped the wheels down removed cassette tyre tube and disc but left it built up so they can see what its like as a complete wheel...

It is a shame when nice stuff fails, Hope are a great company and will help you out.
