Wierd chainset question.

I've taken the original chainset off my 1998 Spesh Hardrock. It looks as though I cannot change the chainrings without changing the entire chainset. The RH crank is peened over into the larger chainring.
The middle and inner chainring look as if they're attached with bolts, though I cannot get to then as they're under the non-attached spider.
Am I correct in assuming this chainset cannot be serviced? Also - is this chainset worn? If not I'll hang onto it until it is. No major issues at the moment with it.

The middle ring looks a little worn, but i've seen worse. you might as well keep running it until it's shagged.0
