What size spoke key??

2010 Trek 6300 with Shimano M475 hubs and Bontrager Ranger rims. Can anyone tell me how I can find out what size spoke key to get? I haven't got a micrometer to measure the nipple width. Is there a spoke key which is guaranteed to fit (ie. has 3 or 4 different sizes, one of which is bound to fit?) Thanks in advance.
