Does this set a precedent then ? I've heard of cyclists getting items thrown at them - can we expect the offenders to be punished suitably now ?

Bearing in mind he was on remand whilst waiting for the hearing, I personally think that there is a strong likelihood that he has previous convictions, resulting in a stiff sentence.

May be wrong though...

She's a Baroness and an MP, of course the idiot will get imprisoned - we're just nobodies on 2 wheels, we don't pay road tax, etc.

If it had been a cyclist it wouldn't have even got a mention.

Napoleon scores bonus points for his correct understanding.

I was in court for his 1st appearance in this case at Luton Mags. He was sentenced that day for another offence to prison and this matter was transferrred to Westminster Mags.
