Which Brake Levers to buy?

Hello,
I have an 80's derailleur bicycle (no brand name). I want to change the drop handlebars to straight ones. I have bought the handlebars but I need to know what brake levers to buy. I have downtube shifters. The brake cable ends that are currently on my bike are 5mmx5mm (mushroom shape)

I'd be grateful if you could suggest which brake levers I should get to fit these cable ends..

    Shimano R550 levers are suitable for calipers. Most MTB levers will work too, but need to be adjusted more carefully as the cable pull / actuation ratio is different.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
