how to set up fox talas 32 forks

Can any one give me some info on how to set up a pair of fox talas forks?

I have set the sag to 25% using trial and error, but should this be done on a travell setting or can it be done on any?

The sag can be set in any travel setting as far as I know, I always set mine at max travel though.
