Carbon Road Shoes & pedals

Hi,

After first pair of road shoes, have been advised to get carbon soled. Size 9 in normal shoes etc,

Question is which are best on a budget £60-£100.

Any advice much needed and also need pedals

    You'd be better off going to your LBS and checking them for fit. I can tell you what my feet like, but its a bit pointless if your feet are different.

    Comfort is key.

    On shimano shoes there's a lot of difference in stiffness between the fiberglass and carbon soled shoes. Work the upgrade, although it was distressing when the bottoms of mine got scratched for the first time :(. You get over that though...

    er about £100 each
    constantly reavalueating the situation and altering the perceived parameters accordingly
