Would a 150mm Revs, or Fox 36's be compatable on a large Pitch Pro frame?? Its a second hand frame am building so the warranty is not an issue.

Both these forks are covered in the warranty so there will be no issue about frame strength. It can take a 160mm single crown fork at max, so you will have no bother

Thanks for the reply guys, will defo be opting for the 36's then. Just to be a pain, what else have you guys upgraded? What type of stems n bars are you running and also i was thinking of putting on a slx doubble bash ring with guides etc.

Cheers for the info guys :)

Ive left my frame and shock, fork, brakes and gears as they are. New wheelset, bar and stem, cranks and chainguide, saddle etc - have a look in my sig. Want a new fork and shock, but planning on upgrading to a longer travel frame as ive put a nice dent in the chainstay

I've gone for Revs, mostly cos I got a really good deal from Merlin a couple of months ago.

Replaced the chainset with a double bash slx and new wheels, otherwise as new. Will probably look at brakes next, although they work fine so will need to find some cheap somewhere as I am nowhere near as good as the bike...
  • Everyone owning a Specialized piTch 2010 be warned! The manual states forks up to maximum of 150mm travel may be used! That has changed quite unnoticed by some people including me.

    reffer to the online manuals.

The OP has a second hand frame, usually they don't carry a warranty.

I'd go for the 150mm Rev's if I was being honest. I've rode a Pitch with a pair and it felt amazing.

I haven't upgraded anything, but if i did it would be to put some revs on it.

And this is utter crap, i've got the manual right next to me and it says up to 160mm.

Nope 2010 manual says 150mm or 5.9" of travel on a single crown maximum but 160mm for other years

Have to be on the hunt for some revelations. Feel as if i want some sturdy ones though. Does anyone know how stiff revs are?
