Newbie sizing question

Hi I've been riding mtbs for the last 10yrs and I'm now thinking of buying a road bike but don't know what size to get. I'm 5'11" with a 33" inside leg can someone tell me the best size to get, thanks in advance Ian.

That chart is a good starting point, get yourself measured at you LBS if you can.

I found sizes very confusing , frame size , stems cranks haha

I'm your size and I ride a 55cm look frame

However everyone has different reach flexibility , arm length torso etc

Probably worth your while getting fitted as it's a costly mistake getting it wrong
