18-23c innertube in a 25c tyre

I have a couple of 18-23 innertubes and just wondered if they are ok to use in a 25c tyre, or would I be pushing/ streching them beyond there tolerances. :?:

    I sometimes use 23mm tubes in 32mm cross tyres - no worries
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    Just try pumping them up without being in a tyre - they easily go much bigger.
