Bike maintenance course
Hi,
Have been enjoying getting back to cycling after many years absence and bought a new carbon raod bike last year. So fare (touch wood) I have had very little problems with any of the acpects of the bike, but I would really like to learn more about maintaining the bike, adjusting gears etc.
Can anybody recommend some basic bike maintenance courses. I live in the East of England so would prefere not to travel too fare from there if possible.
