Ok so I want to put some bars on the bike I am building and I realy fancy a pair of the carbon integrated bars/stem but a little scared to take the plunge. Also building a road bike and fancy carbon drops here on this as the rest of the bike is carbon.

Whats your thoughts have a i missed somthing as I have seen nothing written anywhere.

Not something I have ever liked. For 4 reasons:

    - They are barely any lighter than seperates anyway
    - You lose adjustability of mixing and matching, and then rotation adjustment.
    - If it breaks, you have to replace the lot
    - ridiculous cost.

I agree with SS, certainly they are barely if at all lighter, my ally stem and carbon bar combo comes to just 258g.

    Look smart though!
