So imagine for two and a half years you've not been able to eat good food, i.e food with flour/gluten in, and now for a procedure you have to eat normal again.

What would be your first meal of normality?

I'm thinking of a Kebab from the take away....

I think, depending on how well I recover from the kebab, I'll send my Mum for a Sausage and Egg McMuffin in the morning :)

    Oh man....

I'd be (still) avoiding the shitty fast food joints like the plague.

I'd get some really thick, doughy, home-made bread, and a big steak with all the trimmings.

    mmmMMMmmm

    So far I've consumed:

    Pasta Snack Pot
    Many jam doughnuts
    Doner Kebab
    Hot dogs and normal bread
    Many biscuits and cakes

Tomorrow shall be steak and ale pie, and when I'm well enough to go eat out I shall be hitting McDonald's for the breakfast menu. And I need to get a deccent chinese take away.

    Any more suggestions?

Even got my Grandma to agree to make me a lactose free cheese and onion pie.
