Swapping BB30 chainsets.

Apologies if this is covered, I googled and searched on here and didn't find what I was after.
I've got a bb30 fsa gossamer on my Canonndale and have just got hold of a Cannondale bb30 chainset I want to swap it for.
Has anyone any experience of swapping bb30 chainsets, is it easy, what tools would I need?
Do i need to replace the bearings too? I'm thinking i should be able to use what's in there.
If anyone knows of any tutorials or videos that would be cool.
Cheers!

In addition also a request for anyone here who has worked on their BB30.
I need to remove the cranks (SLK light) in order to get to the frame on the drive side (don't ask - it was a stupid thing that I did).
Anyways those PDFs from Cannondale and Park tool instructions are about as CLEAR and precise as mud.
To remove the cranks should be a relatively mundane and straightforward job as also I do not want to mess about with the actual bb bearings etc.
Has anyone got the time to put a step by step guide up?
I have also trawled the web thoroughly and it is as though no one in the world has actually done this job at all?

They are pretty clear and concise for those who don't see mud where there is none.
You remove the bolt and washer from the crank and then insert the part of the removal tool that has a 8mm hex key shaped hole in it. Screw it in until it is flush with the spindle end then screw in the other part of the removal tool - with a 15mm open spanner over the top of the first bit. Insert 8mm key through that other part of the tool you have just screwed in to engage with the first part of the too you screwed in flush with the spindle. Turn the 8mm key anti-clockwise and it will remove the crank. Make sure all threads are clean and greased before you start removal.
If you haven't got a removal tool or this is still muddy for you, take bike to LBS.0 -
On behalf of OP I shall say a thank you, but that is yet another PDF that I already had cluttering up MY Documents folder with its rather nether worldly complicated simplicity.
As OP says .. a tutorial is real world... the steps to undertake not to scrape knuckle flesh etc etc... thanks anyways.
I have changed cranksets and BBs before square taper and ISIS, so not unaware of things techncial.... but BB30 is new to me and I do not want to damage by being unaware of what is what and already I suspect I probably should not have bought a frame with it on now.0 -
Cheers guys.
Any input on whether I can use the bearings that are already in the frame?
Think I might just take it somewhere if I have to change them.0 -
I reckon so. It's supposed to be a standard 30mm spindle.0
