I would suggest that the crowd buys the Boardman, just that a lot of them don't post on BikeRadar!

The Boardman has gone up in price by £200. Does that mean there will be a sale or do Halfords dubious pricing tactics not apply to the Boardman range?

Boardman website still listing it as £999.99 - wonder if it's a typo as the Fi version is still £999.99 on the Halfords website...

I went into Halfords at lunchtime & was surprised to see it at £1,199 so I checked on Halfords website when I got back to the office & it is £1,199.

Bang goes their market - what proportion of Boardmans are bought on C2W? I did, I liked it during our all too brief time together, and I was planning on buying another one to replace it when I've saved my pennies.
Looks like I'll have to start a "what road bike for less than £1200" thread. Or of course maybe I might stretch that up to £1500...
