Fork Upgrade - please help

Hi I'm looking to upgrade my tired old forks for something new and better. I like and have my heart set on the RS Reba Race Dual Air, but these only seem to come in 100mm, where as the Tora's currently on my bike are setup at 80mm, would 20mm blow the bikes geometry or should I look at getting something that’s already set to 80mm? How easy is changing the ride height? I don't particularly fancy striping a brand new set of forks the moment I get them, do you know how much someone would charge to do this?

My bike is a Felt RXC Elite 2007 but everything is now starting to wear and I'm currently costing up lots of upgrades as I love the lightness of the frame.

Any advice you can give me would be great!

The 100mm will be fine. Will slighlty alter angles, but may actually make it feel better for you.

They can be altered internally anyway if you wish. Probably 20 quid for a shop to do it, plus price of a spacer.
