Cube AMS Pro R1 Mag vs Top Fuel 9

I've been whittling down my options for a new bike and so far these seem to be the final shortlist. I've test rode a Top Fuel 8 back in Winter and really liked it, I'm looking to get a Top Fuel 9 which if I'm quick I can buy now with £300 but the Cube R1 Mag is looking like another option, seems very well specced and looks good as well. Trying to test ride the Cube is going to be more difficult to find so was wondering if anyone has a the Cube what it's pros and cons are, info would be great.
