Hi i have a k force seatpost which is 29.4 and my bike frame is 30.9 i no you can buy shims to fit but iam not sure what size i have to buy.

You need to buy what you have said - a 29.4 to 30.9 shim. Can't say I have seen many lol. 29.4 is an odd size.
