Insurance abroad for a year?

My family and I are going travelling round Europe for 12 months - we're not racing or anything, just putting our bikes on the back of our camper van and seeing where we end up - but I'm struggling to find anyone who will insure our bikes.

So far, the longest cover I have found is 120 days. Anyone know where I can find cover for 365 days?
