Yet another "what bike" thread - Specialized/Bianc

Sorry for the obvious Newbie question...
I've been working on the case for a new bike for some time now. Last week things came to a head when I trashed my beloved 20 yr old Falcon (and myself). I'm itching to get back out so once I'm all healed up, I'll be needing a new ride…
I'm 33, 5'10" and 15st10. I'm riding to improve fitness and lose weight, currently averaging around 50 miles/week but hoping to increase this. I want to spend ~£750. I really like the Bianchi Via Nirone 7, Trek 1.5 and Spesh Allez Elite, all with Tiagra components. I suspect they are all very capable machines and either one would suit my needs adequately. Unfortunately time constraints are currently hindering my plan of back-to-back road testing all three. I don't want to rush into the wrong decision but at the same time, I do want to get on with it... I would therefore be very grateful to hear from anyone who has ridden more than one of these and can offer +/- comparisons to aide my decision making process?
Have I missed any obvious alternatives? Cannondale CAAD8? Fuji Roubaix 1.0 with 105 looks good value (on special offer at Evans) if a little over budget.
Many thanks in advance.

I don't yet have a bargepole but if I did I wouldn't touch a bianchi with it
My wife had one, a Camaleonte IV with a brushed alloy frame. 8 months old and spiders webs of corrosion appeared all over the frame. Bianchi wouldnt cover it under warranty as they said stonechips had allowed corrosion to set in
Tossers
I'd go for specialized0
