    Hey Andy,

I am out near Watton, I do a ride on Sunday, normally 50 miles, but can do whatever, you are more than welcome to join me.

I commute via Dereham to Fakenham in the week

    A match made in heaven!

Talking of cycling 'buddies', anyone in Blackpool want to pair/treble up and get out?

I haven't got diabetes, but my dad has.

I am coming to work in the Blackpool area for a week and might bring my bike and would be keen to meet up for a ride - I am afraid I am not diabetic, but I read a book on it once - would I still be able to join in?
