Bike maintenance courses

Can anyone point me in the right direction. I am trying to find a good course which can give me some first hand experience of maintenance and repairs. I know some basic stuff but think I need some pointers to take my knowledge forwards?

Ideally somewhere in Wales or South West would be best.

    any of the Cytech or Park Tools courses are well worth attending.

    The Bike Inn in Lincolnshire offers two-week courses leading to the City & Guilds certificate. THey are very good, very friendly and I learned a lot by doing the course a couple of years ago. I recommend them highly.
