what's the part(s) that you are least happy with?
e.g. would you prefer slicker shifting, better braking, more controlled and responsive suspension?
Do you want to lose a bit of weight?
What sort of riding do you do?
What is your budget?
There are loads of improvements that could be made to almost any bike, but it's all a queation of what you want to improve, how much you want to improve it and therefore how much you are willing to spend.0 -
I like the frame on that, got good clean lines..... but please get ride of the rear reflector!!!0

Personally having upgraded mine i wished id upgraded my forks first. I upgraded my wheels and brakes first... well i lie i upgraded my bottom bracket and cranks cos they got worn out after my first 2 months of riding :?0

First are the pedals. Get some decent ones like the DMR V8 for £20 or better.
Next is the fork, for £125 you can get a Recon Silver from Merlin.
Then what ever you don't like, except the frame which looks good.0
