Tacx Flow turbo trainer - making a clicking noise ?

I've got a Tacx Flow T1680 turbo trainer - less than six months old, and had been working fine till this week. It has started making quite a loud clicking noise when I pedal, seems to be coming from inside the black plastic casing (rather than the other side with the weighted drum). The Tacx Flow is soft-gel based which is supposed to make it quieter ... but I'm not finding this now to be the case ...
Has anyone else experienced this ?
Any suggestions on how to fix ?
