    I'm over 100Kg and have a sub 1-kilo carbon frame. I've had it for 2 years and have had no problems at all.

    Usually manufacturers will list a weight limit for each frame so you could go by that. I think most CF frames will be fine for you though. It's usually the lightest (and most expensive) models that tend to put limits on weight. I see plenty of folks out on the weekends that would dwarf a 95 kilo person and riding all types of CF bikes.
