Are SPDs more efficient than flat pedals

    Avid don't make SPDs. Shimano do though.

    Hardtail vs. fs would probably do the trick too. How about.. 'what is the most combination of suspension/wheelsize/pedals/tyres/lights?'

    I think that covers most things.
