which ultegra cassette

hi, the cassette and chain on my Trek 2000 are worn ad need replacing. there appears to be a 6600 and a 6700. Will either do?

yes if you are 10 speed and the teeth numbers are the same ie 12-25 etc

Any Shimano compatible 10 speed cassette will work, i use 105 ones.....
