Can I use 10spd Campag ergoes with 9 speed groupset

Hi all, am in the process of rebuilding my touring/ training bike, which has got an immaculate 9 speed Campag Racing Triple groupset on, however the 9 speed Record ergo's are battered and need replacing. The bike has canti brakes and I have never found the braking performance very good. Just wondering if I could use 10 speed ergoes on a 9 speed set up, as the ergoes look more comfortable to use, and may provide more leverage and improve braking performance.

    Nope.

    However, the rear mech will work with 10 speed (assuming it's newer than from 2001), and the wheels will take a 10 speed cassette, meaning that all you really need to change is the cassette and chain.
