Saddle come off rails

Hi,

The front bit of the rails has come out of the front bit of my saddle!, I have tried bending it back in with my hands but it does not seem to be working, does anyone have any ideas?

    Or try riding without the saddle.

    get a new one. charge spoons are good, i find mine really comfy
