Hello,
I'm going to attempt custom spraying my 03' bomber's from pearl white to pearl black. Ideas are to obvioulsy (somehow) sand down old paint work, baselayer, 3 layers of pearl black, decals, 3 layers of laquer on top.
Just a though however, any tips in general? and more specifically any tips on what to sand it down with? as there are loads of awkward parts here and there.

I used one of them wire brush things that goes in a drill to sand the paint off an old BMX I did
Before you spray, leave the cans in some warm water for a bit if you are using cans0 -

yes just the legs are going to be done in this case0 -
Thin layers of paint. Build it up slowly to avoid runs at 15 minute intervals. I'd also go with a few more coats than 3....Perhaps 5 or 6 if you are controlled enough with the amount of paint you lob on. Same rule applies with the laquer.0
