I have just started using my new Thule roof bars. Its says in the fitting instructions that when fixing to the fix points to tighten the bolt to 6nm. Only problem is, I dont have a 5mm alen bit for my torque wrench that will fit in the bolt under the bars.

Does anyone do their bars up with a wrench and if soo what bit do you use?

To gauge how tight 6nm is, tighten a bolt/nut up without a tiorque wrench then use the torgue wrench to nip it up to the right torque. It will be bit of trial and error to get it right.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

I just use an unhelpful piece of advice given to me as a young boy on work experience in a garage. Tight is tight. Too tights f**cked. :)
