Rudimentary question but, what inner tube do I need for a Boardman Team Carbon / Ritchey Pro 24H rear.

ie. a 700 x 19/23 tube (700 being the overall diameter, 19/23 the range of tyre widths it will cope with) - probably with the 51mm presta valve to allow for the depth of the rim.
