hydraulic cables and fittings?

hi fellas.

i know that the goodridge cables i wanna buy wont fit my xt calipers i have at the moment with out the goodridge kit.

does anyone know if all braided hoses are the same size fittings?

what i woul like to do would be fit a braided hose to my xt with out forking out for the shiny finishing kit and keep my xt fittings

so theres fibrax and hel does anyone know any more? and there sizings ?

i cant advise on the kit itself however i can advise as hel being the best hydraulic prodeucer known to man!
