Strong high quality wheels for Orbea Onix (105kg rider)

I am a big rider and primarily enjoy long (60-100 mile) cycles and sportives. I am currently riding an Orbea Onix with the stock Shimano wheels and manage to either break a spoke or buckle the wheel on every second ride.
I have a budget of £500-£600 for a pair of nice wheels but need them to be strong and durable. These wheels will not be used in bad weather conditions as I have a pair of Ambrosio rims and hubs for my poor weather cycling and commuting.
My local bike shop have recommended Ambrosio Excellence rims for my new wheels and I am happy to go with that given what I've read and heard about them, with 32h front and rear.
I am torn between Royce or Chris King classic hubs. My local bike shop want me to go for Royce as they are apparently much easier to service but I want the pink anodized Chris King hubs from an appearance perspective.
Does anyone have experience of these hubs and rims or even a combination of both with a rider that is my size?
Any other suggestions?
