Wheel help

Building myself a sort-of xc bike. I say sort of because I guess I like going hard/fast but what I'll be riding is still mainly xc
I'll be running the wheels single speed (conversion kit, not screw on ss freewheel) and with disk brakes.
I'm a fatty bom bom, so they need to withstand my weight too. I can true wheels, I'd just prefer not to.
So yeah. Best hubs and rims for general allround-ish riding for a fatty? (DT spokes are a given..)
Much obliged
Edit: probably worth mentioning frame is 135mm spacing and qr/10mm dropouts.

What budget?0

Knew I'd forgotten something important...
£300ish really, could maybe stretch a bit more.0 -
A lot of chocies for this money. For a bit more can get XTR hubs on Stans rims [say a flow for extra strength] and spokes of your choice. Or Hope, DT, Nuke Proof hubs.0

Probably a really, really dumb question but the flow rim can be run using a regular tube/tyre right?0

Yep, no probs. Just a case of getting the right rim strips.0

Ah good. Seems to be a large difference in price between the XTR hubs and the XT hubs. Is the R really worth so much?0

Hmmmm. I have an older XTR - it does use better bearings, and a titanium freehub to shed weight. Nice hubs. XT will do the job though.
But you can say the same with XT and SLX. Then SLX and Deore.0
