Front/Rear Mech Option??

Just fitted a SLX double and bash, and was wondering on opinions on rear mech size, should i fit a shorter option. Was looking at SRAM X9 medium cage but not sure?? Currently running 32-11.....
Was going to add a dual specific front too, but does it really make that much difference??

A GS rear mech should be fine. Not sure about front as I am going 1X10, so hopefully the front mech will be history for me, at last.0
