Another cycle to work dilemma

I have decided to upgrade my giant xtc via the cycle to work scheme which my company runs through wheelies direct (so no boardmans damn it) but I think I have narrowed it down to two. I am looking at the charge duster mid 10 and the genesis altitude 10. Has anyone got anything to say who's ridden these bikes? Or any other spannera in the works.

I looking for something that will get up to the op relatively easily but can still handle rocky decents.

Any advice would be appreciated cheers.
