Frame and Fork advice

Hi, I've been trying to sell my current bike for a little while as it's always too small for me but lately I've been struggling more due to a back problem. The bike itself is decent enough for me and the only issue is the size so I'm contemplating buying a new frame, forks and swapping as many parts as possible to try and keep the costs to a minimum.
I've seen the Ribble 7005 Ultralite Road Frame which with the forks comes out at £231. Is this a decent frame? I've heard horror stories about Ribble customer service but friends who've dealt with them in the past seem to think they're not too bad.
Are there any recommendations you guys can give regarding alternatives around a similar price?
