Hi guys I did post this in the Veho Muvi post but it seems to of gone unnoticed, hopefully someone can help me out.

I to have bought one of these cameras. But it has never worked right, the problem is that I can't copy or even play the video clips from the memory card, I have tried the card in a friends original muvi camera and files are fine so the problem seems to be with the camera. I contacted Allen and he said no problem send the camera back and he will send a replacement.

Great, or so I thought. So off I popped to my local post office, they asked me what was in the package so they could write it on the customs declaration sticker for the parcel. When I said its a camera they told me they can't send cameras into China and if I did it would get destroyed.

I told Allen this and he said he didn't understand why they wouldn't let me post it and he had had other people return there cameras for exchange. I have seen on here that some people have returned there cameras ok. So my question is what did you tell the post office was in the parcel?

it costs £2.75 standard air mail to get one back to Allen - and you say it's electronics, not a camera. they open everything when it gets there and it it gets forwarded to Allen.
