castration should be on the list of punishments. at least chemical castration for them if the whole hog sounds to bad for the rest of the wus nation. then after that 5 mins of "alone" time with the girls family members.

I withdraw the 5 mins alone time bit. for sex offenders in general it should be an option. Castration, chemical or big steel pincers.

I know they are only kids but its going to be a messy outcome to this i fear.

Innocent until proven otherwise folks - this not china thankfully. Justice is sadly not infalible, occasionally they get it wrong and innocent people do time. It's a good job no alone time, corporal or Capitol punishment exists in this country (as tempting as it may seem with some)...
