I've had the most knackering weekend for a bloody long time (considering I didn't go into work today it hasn't properly ended yet either).

Friday: Wrap up at work around 2pm ish. Drive home, straight down the gym for a little blast. Get showered and changed there and head down to the pub. Get absolutely smashed and politely asked to leave at closing time (1am). Crash round me mates after throwing up down his toilet.

Saturday: Sleep in till mid day, head into town to Spudulike for a jacket potato and a bottle of quench (good hangover cure). Go back down the gym to pick up the gear and decide to stay and have a pick me up session and a little swim. Get back home in time for BGT, eat a thai green curry and off to bed at a reasonable time as i'm officially farked.

Sunday: Wake up a couple of hours later than planned for a 20 mile ride with my regular riding buddy, get back in time to watch most of the F1 round his on his bro's 50" plasma. Go grab some Burger King, go our separate ways to sort our shit out as it's our mates 22nd and we're planning on having "a few beers"..... Next thing I know it's 1:15am and we're arsing around outside a kebab van eating what they call "The titanic"..... Chips, with loads of cheese, lamb and chicken kebab meat, burger sauce, coleslaw and red caggage *OM NOM NOM NOM*

Takes us over an hour to get home after stopping at the kids park to see how many we can fit on one of those spring mounted animal rocking things (4), nearly get into a fight with a bunch of well'ard chavs and then decided it would be a good idea to turn to computer on, whack the headphones up to full and listen to a bunch of dubstep and electro/d'n'b remixes on youtube till 3am..... Suffice to say I didn't get up at 5am when my alarm went off for work. When I did finally crawl out of bed at 1pm I was feeling pretty horrendous, so when my regular gym buddy txt's me to go back down the gym AGAIN it took alot of persuasion.

He twisted my arm enough to get me on the bike and down there, where we done a 30 min spinning class and O M F G i've sweated so much in my entire life. Got home about 8ish, had my dinner and now I really, really, really cant wait to go back to sleep.

TLDR. Yes, I am knackered too

lightweight. I was up at 2:30am on friday morning to give my old man a lift - he's off on holiday to spain.
Then, I decided to stay up to photograph the sunrise, which didn't turn out too well, then went to work at 9am, and was there till 7pm.

And you tell the young of today that, and they won't believe you
