Square 'Look' Washers & Screw

Where can I get a replacement washer (Oblong type) and screw for my Look cleats ? Have lost one and need to replace it and might as well get a spare whilst I'm at it.

Have asked at a couple of bike shops to no joy.

Well if they are the same as Shimano I have some spares, let me know and I will pop some in the post

I've got a load of spares if you're really stuck. Parker are very helpful & will advise if these are the right thing - should be I would think?
