Campagnolo front derailleur antifriction inserts

Anybody know if you can buy these as I have noticed my mirage front derailleur is missing one and I think the extra couple of mm's of thickness it gives would help the derailleur shifting.

    I always remove mine now. I always persisted with them but have come to the conclusion that they make the derailleur too narrow. Without it, I have a lot more usable gears!
